Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Runner with at least 3 years of experience to handle cheque deposits and provide general office support. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and familiar with bank-related processes and day-to-day office coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deposit cheques in banks on time and collect deposit slips/acknowledgements.
- Handle bank-related tasks including cheque pickups, document submissions, and cash deposits (if required).
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and official correspondence between offices, banks, and clients.
- Maintain proper records of cheque deposits and submitted documents.
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding cheque details and bank updates.
- Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
- Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of financial documents.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of banking procedures and cheque deposit processes.
- Basic understanding of documentation and record maintenance.
- Honest, dependable, and well-organized.
- Ability to travel locally for bank and office-related work.
- Basic communication skills.
- Must have valid ID and local area familiarity
