Training Duration 4 Hours per Day Work Mode Online Job Summary Renovia Talent is looking for experienced and confident Online Trainers for both IT and Non-IT training programs. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging virtual sessions, explaining concepts clearly, handling learner questions, and supporting participants throughout the training program. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online training sessions for assigned IT or Non-IT subjects for 4 hours per day. Prepare and deliver structured, interactive, and practical training sessions
. Explain concepts clearly using presentations, demonstrations, examples, and activities. Assess learner understanding through questions, assignments, tests, and practical exercises.
Handle participant doubts and provide timely clarification and guidance. Maintain professional communication and an engaging virtual classroom environment.
Track learner attendance, participation, progress, and performance. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve learner outcomes.
Coordinate with the HR/training team regarding schedules, materials, assessments, and learner requirements. Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements. IT Trainer – Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of the relevant IT subject or technology being trained. Ability to demonstrate concepts through practical examples and exercises.
Good understanding of industry-oriented tools, processes, and applications. Ability to create presentations, training materials, assignments, and assessments. Non-IT Trainer – Preferred Skills Strong subject knowledge in the assigned Non-IT training area. Ability to explain concepts in a simple and learner-friendly manner.
Good presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct activities, assessments, role plays, and practical learning sessions where applicable.
Required Qualifications & Skills 2–5 years of relevant training/teaching/facilitation experience. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong presentation and classroom-management skills in an online environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and online meeting platforms.
