Talent Acquisition Specialist
Non-IT Recruitment Role Summary We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles (sourcing to onboarding).
● Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and draft job descriptions. ● Source candidates effectively using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking.
● Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
● Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and ensure timely closures.
● Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding. ● Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and pipeline reports. ● Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company policies. Preferred Candidate Profile ● 3–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment (sales, operations, support functions, etc.). ● Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn and Naukri. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ● Experience in stakeholder management and working in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
