TIBCO Developer (Integration Specialist)

Work Mode : Hybrid (2–3 days WFO)
Location: Pune / Bangalore / Mumbai
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Flexibility for US EST overlap required)
Role Overview :
As a Tibco Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable integration solutions across enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks
- Build and maintain SOAP & REST APIs
- Work on enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture
- Integrate systems using SAP IDOCs and SAP adapters
- Handle messaging and integrations using RV Substation and mainframe systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of integrations
Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience with Tibco BusinessWorks and related tools
- Proven expertise in enterprise integration solutions
- Experience with SOAP & REST API development
- Knowledge of SAP IDOCs and SAP adapters
- Experience with RV Substation and mainframe integrations
- Solid understanding of integration architecture and patterns
Good to Have :
- Experience with Apigee API Gateway
- Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
