Position: VMC Machinist
Experience: 4–8 Years
Location: Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
- Perform VMC machine setup, operation, and programming.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Develop and modify machining programs using G-code, M-code, and Mastercam.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Independently handle part setup, first-off inspection, and process validation.
- Optimize machining processes to improve productivity, quality, and cycle time.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy through precision machining and inspection.
- Maintain machine performance by following preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve machining challenges.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in VMC Machine Setup & Programming
- Proficiency in G-code & M-code Programming
- Hands-on experience with Mastercam CAM Software added advantage
- Knowledge of SolidWorks
- Expertise in Precision Machining
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good understanding of machining process optimization and quality standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
