Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and generating new business opportunities. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate, construction, interior, or service-selling industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Visit architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and corporate offices to develop long-term business relationships.
- Promote the company's turnkey construction and interior solutions to potential clients.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals.
- Conduct presentations and explain the company's services professionally.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare daily visit reports and update the CRM/database regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart, confident, and professionally groomed personality.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in service sales, construction, interiors, or real estate.
- Experience in selling services rather than products will be an added advantage.
- Existing network with architects, builders, interior designers, or developers is preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Must be willing to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
