Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing and admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, school outreach programs, education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to track leads, admissions, and marketing performance.
- Monitor team performance, provide mentoring, and ensure effective follow-up of enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.
- Travel extensively for institutional visits, promotional activities, and events across the region.
- Prepare reports, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education.
- Proven experience in handling and leading marketing teams.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for marketing activities and institutional engagements.
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Role Description The Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies to strengthen IIHM’s brand, drive student enrollment, and promote campus activities and programs. This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves planning and managing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating events, and collaborating with academic and admissions teams to create targeted marketing initiatives. The role includes overseeing social media presence, website content, and promotional materials, as well as managing relationships with agencies, media, and school partners. The Marketing Manager will analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to inform decision-making. The position also requires staying updated on education and hospitality industry trends to identify new opportunities for outreach and brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning, preferably in the education or hospitality sector.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting to optimize marketing activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in copywriting, content creation, and basic design coordination for brochures, ads, and online assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, including collaboration with internal teams, partner institutions, and external agencies.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or specialized marketing certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and meeting enrollment or lead-generation targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality management or education marketing, and experience with CRM or admissions platforms, is beneficial.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
