Key Responsibilities
- Handle seller queries through voice and chat support.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Assist with orders, payments, deliveries, returns, account-related issues, and platform support.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve process targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience while following company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Strong customer handling skills with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹35,000

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
