Job Title: Staff Nurse – Dr. Aravind’s IVF Hospital
Location: Tiruvallur & Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Patient care: Provide routine nursing care, consultations, and follow-ups for IVF patients in OPD, IP care, and Day Care units.
- Medical assistance: Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and coordinate with medical staff.
- Pregnancy monitoring: Monitor early pregnancy concerns, complications, and provide timely nursing interventions.
- Patient counselling: Educate and counsel patients about IVF treatment processes, risks, and expected outcomes while offering emotional support.
- Medication management: Administer medications, explain protocols, and ensure adherence to treatment schedules as instructed by consultants
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate patient records including treatment plans, progress notes, and complications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: B.Sc Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, GNM
- Registration with Nursing Council preferred.
- Strong communication, patient-handling, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with empathy and dedication.
- Consent & compliance: Ensure completion of consent forms for procedures and compliance with hospital policies.
- Training & support: Support junior nursing staff and uphold high standards of patient care.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
