Responsibilities :
- Handle client from pre and post booking stage and arranging site visit
- Attending walk in and brief clients about the project and its features.
- Follow up for booking and closing the deal with the client.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely reply.
- Checking of documents post booking.
- Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan.
- Completion of booking formalities post closure.
- Follow up for payments and outstanding dues.
- Preparing Reports
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Build and maintain professional networks
Skills:
- Past experience of real estate industry knowing the entire flow of sales.
- Knowledge of Taxation & GST.
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Good Communication skills via Email / Telephone.
- Should have stability and not change jobs frequently.
