About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound international customer queries regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, itineraries, and travel support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with international quality standards.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
Salary & Compensation Package
- CTC: Up to ₹4.80 LPA (Up to 30% hike on current/last CTC)
- In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹31,000 per month
- Monthly Incentive Variable (MIV): ₹3,500
- Transportation: Free both-side cab facility OR ₹4,000 monthly allowance
Candidate Profile & Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO voice process (Prior travel process experience strongly preferred).
- Education: Undergraduates & Graduates eligible (Note: B.E. / B.Tech graduates are not eligible for this role).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Versant score 60+ required).
- Work Mode: 100% On-site / In-person (Gurgaon).
