- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, API Testing, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure software quality.
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable code for complex applications.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.
- Experience in integrating various APIs and managing end-to-end testing processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
