We are seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the company's marketing transformation, brand expansion, dealer activation, digital growth, and revenue acceleration strategy.
Purpose of the Role
The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for all company brands and business verticals.
The role will focus on:

Desired QualificationsEducation
- MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Strategy, or related field preferred.

Compensation Structure
For a company with annual turnover in the ₹38–60 Crore range:
Fixed Salary₹5– 8 LPA
Performance Bonus₹1-5 LPA

The selected CMO will be expected to:

- Increase active billing dealers to 700+.
- Generate 25–30% of company sales through marketing-led initiatives.
