A Sales Executive in Real Estate is responsible for generating property sales by connecting buyers with suitable residential or commercial properties, while building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and leads
- Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type)
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Present and explain property features, pricing, and benefits
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Keep updated on market trends, property values, and competitors
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate market
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Basic understanding of legal/property documentation
- Good presentation skills
- Hindi, Telugu and English
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience 2+ years in sales (real estate preferred)
