Job Responsibilities:
Contract drafting, reviewing, vetting and negotiation
Review of contracts with Clients NDAs, MSAs, SOWs
Review and preparation of Agreements to be entered into with Vendors
Contribute and enhance the organizations legal processes, leading to improved risk management, enhanced compliance, efficient legal operations
Understanding of license agreements, software development.
Co-ordinate and assist fellow team members in daily operations
Looking at Legal professionals with 10+ years of experience working in a Corporate setup with excellent communication skills
