Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Strategy & Business Head to lead strategic planning, business growth, and digital transformation initiatives across stock broking, financial services, and fintech platforms.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, product innovation, and strategic partnerships, while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and evolving market trends.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute short-term and long-term business strategy
- Identify growth opportunities across broking, wealth, fintech, and digital platforms
- Drive competitive positioning and market expansion initiatives
- Partner with leadership team to align business goals with company vision

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Lead client acquisition strategy (Retail, HNI, Institutional)
- Build and scale revenue streams across:
o Equity / Derivatives / Commodities
o Wealth & Investment Products
o Margin Trading / Lending Products
- Develop strategic alliances with fintech partners, NBFCs, and banks
- Drive cross-selling and customer lifecycle monetization

3. Product & Digital Innovation
- Work closely with technology teams to build and enhance:
o Trading platforms (mobile/web)
o Algo trading / API-based trading solutions
o Wealth-tech and advisory platforms
- Identify emerging fintech trends (AI, automation, digital onboarding, etc.)
- Improve customer experience through digital transformation

4. Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies
- Use data analytics to drive decision-making and performance optimization
- Monitor business KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, activation, retention

5. Operations & Execution
- Oversee business operations to ensure scalability and efficiency
- Optimize cost structures and improve operational productivity
- Ensure seamless coordination across sales, marketing, product, and tech

6. Regulatory & Risk Alignment
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and Compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with compliance teams to mitigate business risks
- Maintain governance standards across all business functions

- Drive performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
- Mentor leadership pipeline within the organization
