The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated, hardworking architect who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a variety of projects — from local endeavors to global initiatives. What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architecture or design practice for Architect – Level 1 & minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture or design practice for Architect – Level 2
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential.
- Strong design aptitude, with a keen sense of proportion, materiality, aesthetics, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into clear visual representations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about architecture and design excellence.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, meet deadlines, adapt to varying project requirements, and maintain high standards of delivery.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Ability to identify design issues and develop practical and innovative design solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
