We are located at Iconic Shyamal, near Shyamal Cross Roads, in Satellite area of Ahmedabad City. We are looking forward to hire a Visa Counselor who can counsel clients for Student Visa, Visitor Visa, Immigration, etc., for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

Candidate will be required to handle on-call and walk-in inquiries, guide candidates, and register them for further services as appropriate. Responsibilities and Duties
Candidate will be required to perform below tasks:
- Evaluate and explain candidates about their eligibility to obtain any of the services provided by GEPSI.
- Remain updated with all immigration laws, procedures, as well as requirements related to different visas, immigration programs, admission requirements,
- Remain updated on Student Visa requirements and counsel candidates for admission and visa process for one of the above countries. This includes awareness of careers, courses, colleges and/or universities based on entry requirements and availability.
- To deal with clients, educate them, counsel them, email and coordinate with clients
- Research for appropriate program, educational institutions, and requirements based on client's needs.
- Prepare customized checklist based on the clients' requirements
- Constantly remain in contact with the candidate and register the candidate with clarity, dignity and values, by offering most appropriate services.
- Maintain records of every inquiry and ensure security of documents collected from any candidate.
- To record, and maintain the information related to the clients' counselled on phone or in-person.
- prepare and present weekly review and performance report to the senior.
