Lead the global standardization, governance, stewardship, and continuous improvement of HBS Operations data, with explicit ownership of SMS data and its integration across connected business systems.
As part of the Global Systems, Process & Data Excellence Team, this role develops and executes the strategy required to deploy global data governance across HBS Operations business systems, including SMS, CPQ, Salesforce, NEX SMS, PMIS, and related platforms. The position is accountable for improving data fidelity, business performance, field execution, operational productivity, and data-driven decision-making through effective management of master and transactional data.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- ITIL Foundation and/or ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation certification.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and global data privacy requirements.
- Deep knowledge of HBS Operations processes, systems, tools, metrics, and operational workflows.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise business systems and data flows, including SMS, CPQ, Salesforce, NEX SMS, PMIS, and associated integrations.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to obtain relevant information from multiple sources, recognize trends and cause-and-effect relationships, and translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation and change through leadership, collaboration, and influence.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including understanding of Contracts, SPOT, Service projects, and other Project and Service revenue-generating activities.
- Understanding of digital operations, cybersecurity threats, and related solutions.
- Strong and decisive leadership style, with the credibility to engage internal customers and all levels of management.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, results-focused, and able to maintain urgency and effectiveness through obstacles and setbacks.
