Job Summary
The Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share across a portfolio of hotels through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, demand forecasting, and distribution channel optimization. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure achievement of business objectives and revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total hotel profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
- Analyze historical data and market intelligence to forecast business demand accurately.
- Optimize room inventory allocation across all distribution channels.
- Establish pricing strategies for transient, group, corporate, wholesale, and leisure segments.
Forecasting & Budgeting
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts.
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans.
- Review forecast accuracy and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Monitor pace reports and booking trends to drive proactive decision-making.
Distribution Management
- Manage online distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, brand websites, and third-party platforms.
- Ensure rate parity and channel optimization.
- Collaborate with channel managers and reservation teams to maximize online visibility and conversions.
- Monitor channel performance and cost of acquisition metrics.
Commercial Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies.
- Participate in commercial meetings and provide actionable insights.
- Support the Sales team in evaluating group quotations and contract negotiations.
- Recommend promotional campaigns and tactical offers to stimulate demand.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate and present revenue performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as:
- RevPAR
- ADR
- Occupancy
- Market Share
- GOP Contribution
- Booking Pace
- Channel Mix
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
Systems & Compliance
- Ensure effective utilization of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), PMS, CRS, and Channel Managers.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all systems.
- Ensure compliance with company revenue management policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
- Prior experience managing multiple properties or clusters is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, pricing strategies, and market analytics.
- Proficiency in PMS, RMS, Channel Management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience
Experience with upscale, luxury, or resort hospitality brands and exposure to managing revenue strategies for multiple properties will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
