Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables if required.
- Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in with guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, or feedback politely.
Service Operations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure correct order delivery to the right table.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow restaurant service standards and SOPs.
Sales & Upselling
- Recommend menu items and daily specials.
- Upsell beverages, desserts, and add-ons.
- Promote signature dishes or chef specials.
Billing & Payments
- Present bills accurately and process payments.
- Handle POS systems if assigned.
- Ensure correct billing and guest satisfaction before departure.
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
- Ensure tables, cutlery, and service stations are clean and organized.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
