Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in Real Estate Sales (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication in Tamil & English
- Good knowledge of local market (Vellore region preferred)
- Basic knowledge of documentation (Sale Agreement, Registration, RERA norms)
- Must have two-wheeler and valid license
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field marketing, digital platforms, and referrals
- Handle customer inquiries and explain project details clearly
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales
- Maintain updated customer database and sales reports
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth registration process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationship with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Promote DTCP / RERA approved projects professionally
