Role Overview:
We are hiring for a Business Development Executive role. This is a full-time, on-site position with an initial 6-month probation period, post which candidates will be confirmed based on performance.
This is an inside sales / business development role and does not involve field sales or door-to-door activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Client communication and coordination
- Supporting ongoing sales initiatives
- Participation in training programs and live projects
- Maintaining basic sales reports / CRM updates
Candidate Profile:
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Tamil, Hindi, Telugu speaking is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and work in a client-facing, target-driven role
- Interest in sales, business development, and commercial roles
- Prior internship or sales exposure is a plus
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
