Job Title: Student Counselor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The candidate will be responsible for counseling, student engagement, and supporting the admission process while ensuring a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and educational opportunities
- Handle inquiries through calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain and update student data in CRM systems
- Provide continuous support to students throughout their learning journey
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth operations
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Experience:
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or education sector
