Role Purpose
To provide high-quality personalized fitness training and group sessions that drive sustainable improvements in strength, metabolic health, functional movement, and overall wellness. The role emphasizes evidence-based programming, injury prevention through proper form, and close integration with the physiotherapy and coaching teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs, including strength training, metabolic conditioning, functional movement, and corrective exercise for both individual and group sessions.
- Lead engaging and safe group fitness classes and conduct post-assessment training sessions with a focus on progressive, sustainable results.
- Promote proper technique, injury prevention, and long-term habit formation aligned with company's philosophy of sustainable progress.
- Collaborate closely with Physiotherapists for clients requiring integrated corrective or rehabilitation support and participate in post-assessment handovers from health coaches.
- Educate clients on how consistent movement supports metabolic wellness, stress management, functional health, and overall well-being.
- Track client progress, maintain accurate documentation, optimize session utilization, and contribute to operational excellence.
- Uphold professional standards in all client and team interactions while delivering a positive client experience.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications
- ACE (American Council on Exercise) or ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certification is mandatory.
- Additional certifications in corrective exercise, group fitness instruction, metabolic training, or related disciplines are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of training principles related to metabolic health, injury prevention, and sustainable lifestyle change.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience delivering personalized training and group fitness classes in fitness clubs, wellness centers, hospital-based wellness programs, or similar client-facing environments.
- Proven ability to help clients achieve sustainable results through evidence-based and progressive programming.
- Experience working alongside physiotherapists or within multidisciplinary wellness teams is an advantage.
Work Schedule:
The position requires a daily commitment of 8 hours during peak client hours, structured as a split shift:
Morning Peak: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM (4 hours)
Evening Peak: 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM (4 hours)
Flexibility within these windows is expected based on client bookings, group classes, and team coordination requirements
