As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and user requirements, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the process.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment to optimize workflows and processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
