Position Overview
The Senior Food & Beverage Service Staff member is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service. This role ensures high standards of service, team coordination, guest satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests.
- Greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
Service Operations
- Supervise and support daily operations of the F&B outlets.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Ensure timely delivery of food.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, service etiquette, and table settings.
Team Leadership
- Guide and assist junior service staff in performing their duties.
- Help with training new team members in service standards and resort protocols.
- Ensure smooth communication between service, kitchen, and management teams.
Quality & Standards
- Uphold the luxury resort’s service standards at all times.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper ambiance in dining areas.
- Monitor food and beverage quality before serving guests.
Operational Support
- Assist in managing inventory of service equipment and supplies.
- Participate in special events and private dining arrangements.
- Support billing, POS operations, and cash handling as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury resort or fine-dining environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of service etiquette, menu presentation, and wine/ beverage basics.
- Ability to handle guest relations calmly and professionally.
- Leadership skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
