Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Financial Management: Develop and execute the annual business plan, operating budget, and capital improvements. Analyze financial metrics to boost revenue and control operating costs. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hotel operations, inspect rooms, and ensure smooth check-in/out procedures. [1, 2]
- Guest Experience: Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, respond to VIP guests, and resolve escalated complaints. [1]
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop department heads and hotel staff. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive workplace culture. [1, 2]
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales teams to execute marketing campaigns, attract corporate/group bookings, and boost overall occupancy. [1, 2]
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the hotel strictly complies with all local licensing laws, health codes, and security regulations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
