1. Lead Generation & Partner Acquisition
- Identifying and onboarding new travel agencies, sub-agents, and corporate clients to expand the company's distribution network.
- Cold calling, pitching, and conducting field visits to potential business partners.
2. Relationship & Account Management
- Serving as the primary point of contact for registered B2B agents.
- Educating agents on the company's booking portals, unique itineraries, and promotional offers.
- Resolving agent grievances regarding bookings, cancellations, or payments to maintain trust.
3. Negotiating & Closing Deals
- Providing customized, competitive quotes for group tours, customized FIT (Free Independent Traveler) itineraries, or corporate packages.
- Negotiating commission margins and contract terms with sub-agents to maximize volume while maintaining profitability.
4. Market Feedback & Target Achievement
- Meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue quotas.
- Monitoring competitor pricing and trends to feed valuable data back to the product and operations teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of popular domestic/international tour packages, destination geographies, and itinerary planning.
- GDS & Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (like Amadeus or Sabre), B2B travel portals, and CRM tools.
- Relationship Building: B2B sales rely heavily on long-term trust rather than quick emotional impulses. Strong interpersonal and networking skills are vital.
- Negotiation: The ability to balance competitive pricing for agents while protecting company profit margins
Career & Compensation Trends
- A Fixed Base Salary
- Uncapped Performance Incentives based on total sales volume, target completion, or active agent acquisition.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
