We are looking for a Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator for Service Industry who will be responsible for managing front office activities while supporting the sales with coordination, documentation, and customer communication. Fresh candidates will be given first priority.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Office
- Greet and attend visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
- Handle incoming walk-in inquiries
- Maintain front desk discipline
- Manage courier, inward–outward registers, and office communication
Sales Coordination
- Handle customer inquiries and forward them to the sales team
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and service requests
- Coordinate between sales and customers
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and follow-up schedules
- Support order processing, PO tracking, and documentation
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate from any Discipline - BBA, B.Com, B.A, B.Sc., (DE Electrical will also be considered) Smart 12th pass candidates will also be considered
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Gujarati preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Pleasant personality with professional attitude
- Soft Spoken and Polite
