PCS Global Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Process Associates to support our international Strata / Property Management clients. This role requires strong communication skills, experience with overseas clients, and the ability to manage operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle email and verbal communication with international clients in a professional and effective manner.
- Support day-to-day operations for Strata / Property Management accounts while ensuring high service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to client requirements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation, data management, and client communications.
- Follow established international processes, compliance requirements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data management, reporting, reconciliation, and preparation of client-related reports.
- Ensure attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach in handling client and operational requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of international client handling experience (preferred)
- Experience in Strata / Property Management will be an added advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong attention to detail and professional email etiquette
- Willingness to work from office in Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
