Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Area Supervisor to manage manpower requirements and coordinate workforce deployment at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and deploy manpower as per client requirements.
- Maintain a ready backup workforce for urgent requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and workers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and workforce performance.
- Resolve workforce-related issues and maintain client satisfaction.
- Conduct field visits and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Close all manpower requirements within 2 days of receiving the requirement.
Requirements:
- Experience in Manpower Handling, Staffing, Recruitment, or Field Operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of the local area and manpower sourcing.
- Own Bike and Valid Driving License are Mandatory.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
