We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our presence in the cake and bakery market. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, distributors, cafes, and corporate clients to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and increase sales of our bakery products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and potential distributors to promote bakery and cake products.
- Identify and develop new customers in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback regarding competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the production and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Promote new product launches and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain records of daily visits, orders, and payments follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales within the cake and bakery industry (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of bakery products, pricing, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
