Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and communicate with prospective students/customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, services, and enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle queries professionally and assist in converting enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain call records and update follow-up status.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team objectives.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil & English proficiency preferred.
- Confident and professional approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior telecalling/admissions experience will be an added advantage.
