We are seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining office files and records
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilising computerised systems for office tasks
- Assisting with general office duties including typing, clerical tasks, and correspondence
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Proficiency in using Google Suite for office productivity
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong data entry skills and ability to maintain accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Competency in using office software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite
