About the Role We are looking for a motivated System Support Executive Intern to assist in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting our internal infrastructure. This internship is ideal for candidates who have completed a hardware, networking, or system administration course and are looking to build practical experience. Eligibility Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Candidates who have completed professional courses from institutes like Jetking, NIIT, IIHT, or similar hardware and networking training institutes will be preferred. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, and Linux operating systems. Roles & Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Provide first-level technical support to employees and clients. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Assist in server administration, backups, and system updates. Configure email accounts, software, and user access. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Support website hosting, domain, SSL, and cloud server-related tasks (training will be provided). Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required. Required Skills Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems. Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet troubleshooting.
