About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Managers who can build long-term relationships with clients and help them make informed decisions about Investment solutions.
The role involves advising clients on health, life, and investment-linked insurance products while ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Generate new business through leads, references, and client interactions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Provide guidance on policy benefits, renewals, and claims support
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners for smooth servicing
Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years experience in sales / relationship management (Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Mutual Funds preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-focused and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of insurance or financial products preferred
