IT AND DATA ANALYTICS EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT support for stores and corporate office.
- Coordinate with software and hardware vendors.
- Maintain ERP, POS, CRM, and other business systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, inventory, customer, and store performance data.
- Create dashboards and provide actionable business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and support process automation.
- Monitor key jewellery retail metrics including inventory turnover, category performance, ageing stock, conversions, and customer trends.
Requirements
- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, BCA, BSc IT, or related field.
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI and SQL knowledge preferred.
- Prior experience or understanding of the jewellery retail industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of jewellery ERP systems, inventory management, and retail operations will be an added advantage.
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
