Educational Qualification :
For Dean -
- Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate in a relevant academic field.
- Typically required to be at the rank of a senior Professor.
- Minimum of 10 to 15+ years of academic, research, and administrative experience.
- A proven track record of strategic leadership, institutional building, and academic planning.
For HOD -
- Ph.D. in the relevant or concerned discipline.
- Must hold a position equivalent to Professor or Associate Professor.
- Generally requires at least 8 to 10 years of teaching or research experience.
- A strong publication record with a minimum number of peer-reviewed papers (usually 7-10) in reputed journals, along with a specified UGC Research Score.
For Professor -
- A Master’s degree in a relevant subject from an accredited university.
- Must qualify in the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or CSIR.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of academic and administrative experience.
For Assistant Professor -
- A Master’s degree in a relevant subject from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of academic and administrative experience.
Salary:
- HOD-Computer Science : 70k to 90k
- Professor - Education,Commerce,Biotechnology,Arts : 35k to 50k
- Dean-Academics for Engineering/ Science : 45k to 70k
- Dean Student Welfare: 35k to 55k
- HOD 1st year(Engineering) : 35k to 55k
- Assistant Professor (HMCT & Civil Engineering) : 20K to 25 K
