About the Role
We are looking for a passionate AI Builder to join our Engineering Team.
In this role, you'll build and integrate AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems and enhance our products. You'll work on Generative AI applications, LLM integrations, AI agents, RAG-based systems, and AI-driven automation. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Backend, Frontend, QA, and other teams to turn AI use cases into reliable, scalable, and production-ready features.

What You'll Do
· Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered applications and features.
· Build solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and AI APIs.
· Work with models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other open-source LLMs.
· Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI-driven automation.
· Build RAG-based applications using embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge bases.
· Develop and integrate AI agents and agentic workflows using appropriate tools and frameworks.
· Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs, databases, and existing product systems.
· Experiment with new AI models, tools, and frameworks to identify practical use cases.
· Evaluate AI outputs and improve accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
· Build prototypes and convert successful POCs into production-ready solutions.
· Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement AI use cases.
· Troubleshoot AI application issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
What We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Qualifications
· 2–3 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, or a related field.
· Strong programming experience in Python.
· Hands-on experience building Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
· Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
· Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM interaction patterns.
· Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
· Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, databases, and backend integrations.
· Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar.
· Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
Good to Have
· Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows.
· Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or FAISS.
· Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations.
· Exposure to AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
· Experience with Docker and containerization.
· Understanding of LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
· Exposure to model fine-tuning or open-source models.
· Experience building AI features for SaaS or B2B products.
