Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall administrative and operational functioning of the school.
- Manage day-to-day school administration, including facilities, housekeeping, security, transport, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between administration, academics, students, parents, vendors, and management.
- Supervise and manage administrative staff and ensure effective manpower deployment.
- Monitor school infrastructure, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
- Oversee transport operations, including routes, drivers, conductors, compliance, and safety.
- Manage vendors, contractors, AMC agreements, procurement, and inventory.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of statutory documents, licenses, contracts, and school records.
- Develop and implement administrative SOPs and ensure compliance with school policies and CBSE requirements.
- Handle parent and stakeholder concerns related to administration and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety, security protocols, and other school safety measures.
- Prepare administrative budgets and control operational expenses.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Management from time to time.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in school administration or institutional management.
- 8–12 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a reputed CBSE school.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of school administration, facilities management, safety, security, transport, and vendor management.
- Ability to manage a large team and handle multiple operational responsibilities effectively.
- Candidates with experience in reputed schools, educational institutions, or large organizations will be preferred.
