Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Tissue Paper Machine Operator to operate and maintain a 2-Ply Double Embossing Tissue Paper Machine (Lahooti). The candidate should be capable of handling machine operations efficiently while ensuring production quality and minimizing wastage.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the 2-Ply Double Embossing tissue paper machine.
- Set up rolls and adjust machine settings as required.
- Ensure proper embossing, lamination, and product quality.
- Monitor production output and reduce material wastage.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Identify and report machine issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Experience operating tissue paper, napkin, toilet roll, or similar paper converting machines preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Freshers with mechanical aptitude may also apply.
