- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and service staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Take and manage orders, ensuring timely food and beverage service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Train and guide junior staff while maintaining hygiene and service standards.
