Job Summary
Sentosa Developers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about achieving sales targets while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and sales closing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
