Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain property details, pricing, and project information.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain communication.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about projects.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / local language).
Basic sales and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle customer queries politely.
Qualifications
Minimum Intermediate / Graduation preferred.
0–2 years experience in telecalling or sales (freshers can apply).
