Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & Sales
- Greeting & Guiding: Welcome customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert recommendations.
- Product Demonstrations: Highlight product features, benefits, and operation methods to facilitate buying decisions.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Suggest complementary items or premium upgrades to maximize sales value.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, process returns, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
2. Showroom Operations
- Visual Merchandising: Arrange and display merchandise attractively to grab customer attention and align with brand guidelines.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean, hazard-free, and well-organized at all times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and inform management when new inventory is required. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
3. Transactions & Administration
- Billing & Cashiering: Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, process cash/digital payments, and balance daily registers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain customer logs, track sales progress, and update database platforms (CRMs).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
