Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable SAP Functional Trainers to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have expertise in at least one SAP functional module and be enthusiastic about training, mentoring, and preparing candidates for successful SAP careers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training in SAP Functional modules.
- Train candidates in any one of the following modules:
- SAP FICO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
- SAP HCM
- SAP CPI
- Explain SAP concepts with practical business scenarios and hands-on exercises.
- Guide candidates through real-time implementation projects and case studies.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide interview preparation support.
- Track candidate progress and provide continuous mentoring.
- Ensure candidates successfully complete the training and certification program.
- Support placement readiness by improving candidates' technical and interview skills.
Required Skills
- Strong functional knowledge in at least one SAP module.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Basic understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.
- Freshers with excellent SAP knowledge and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
