Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Admission Manager to counsel prospective students and drive admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills, with the ability to understand student aspirations and guide them toward the right career path.
Candidates from Interior Design or Architecture backgrounds will have an added advantage, as they can provide deeper academic and industry insights to prospective students. However, experienced professionals from admissions, education counseling, sales, business development, or customer relationship management are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents through walk-ins, phone calls, online meetings, and admission events.
- Understand students' interests, aptitude, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Evaluate student applications for eligibility and academic qualifications.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Manage admission tests, registrations, documentation, and enrollment processes.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for seminars, workshops, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and competitor offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, business development, customer relationship management, or related fields.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in sales and education may also apply.
