Job Role:
The main role is to call customers from the leads provided, follow up with them, close bookings, and issue tickets. You will also update customer details in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads given by the company
- Answer customer questions clearly
- Update customer details and booking status in Excel/Google Sheets
- Keep proper records of all clients and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
