Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our support team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer queries through Chat and Emails, preferably in a software support environment.
This role is strictly for Customer Support Professionals and is not related to Desktop Support, System Administration, or Hardware Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Emails and Chat Support
- Provide timely and professional responses to client issues
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with customers
- Assist customers during remote support sessions when required
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective support
- Maintain support records and communication logs
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Speaking & Writing – 9/10)
- Strong email drafting and customer handling abilities
- Excellent internet and online research skills
- Experience in customer support via Chat / Email
- Ability to manage professional communication with international clients
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Software/Application Support
- Prior experience handling international customers will be an advantage
Work Expectations
- Day Shift role
- Candidate should be flexible to manage approximately 1 hour support on weekends if required
- Occasionally available for remote support sessions on a 24x7 basis when needed
- Compensatory offs will be provided to maintain work-life balance
